Why create Your Foods? • Chronic diseases are the leading causes of death and disability in the US. • Chronic diseases account for 60% of all deaths in the U.S. There is a need for a store that can provide all the particular products for individuals with specific dietary requirements due to their health conditions

  3. Business Concept A store that provides specialized foods and products for individuals with specific health conditions and dietary needs.

  4. Mission  To improve individuals health and quality of life by providing specialized products and food, tailored to their specific health needs, in one convenient location. 

  5. Vision To become the top provider of accessible health in the Chicagoland area to individuals of all ages and different health conditions by offering specialty equipment and food products to meet their various dietary needs.
