Flo Fab Pumps: • All Flo Fab pump products are made with a resin pattern which results in an improved exterior finish, smooth interior passage, and higher efficiency pumps • Quiet operation, especially at 1750 rpm • Quick delivery on series 600, 880, 880RI, 1000, and 2000 pumps • Interchangeable parts impeller, bracket, mechanical seal and coupling on series 880, 880RI, 1000 and 2000. • Standard available parts from any service centers, (Woods couplings, standard motors, standard mechanical seal, standard bearings)   • Impellers are hydraulically trimmed and balanced to every selected condition • 1150, 1750, 3500 rpm for any series

Flo Fab Vertical Inline PumpsSeries 880: • 250 psi flange casing standard (drilled to 150 # or 250 # ) no extra cost • 3 and 4 inch pumps have pre-drilled bolt tappings and sized for either line sizes • Flanges are tapped for NC bolts • 4 extra tappings on the suction pump flange suction are standard • 5 extra tappings on the pump discharge flange are standard (for gauges, temp relief valve, cyclone separator, flush line) • Special tappings on discharge flange for pitot tube. • Floor mounting square pedestal with 4 bolts holes is standard • Stainless steel suction diffuser on the pump inlet (optional) with holding set screw already pre-drilled

Flo Fab Vertical Inline PumpsSeries 880RI: • Spacer-coupled 2 x 2-8 to 6 x 6-12 • TC frame motors have steel or stainless steel shaft • Motors are available with unlimited suppliers (easy to source) • Stainless steel pump shaft on the power frame are with bronze sleeve or (stainless steel sleeve is optional). • Two power frames available LF1 and LF2 for different HP • Same power frames are used for horizontal series 2000 pumps • Cast iron bracket interchangeable with series 880, 1000 and 2000 series • Vertical or horizontal position (up to 5 hp)

Flo Fab Vertical Inline PumpsSeries 880RI: • 3 and 4 inch pumps are pre-drilled and suited for either sizes • Flanges are tapped for NC bolt thread • 4 extra tappings on the suction pump flange suction are standard • 5 extra tappings on the pump discharge flange are standard (tappings can be used for gauges, temp relief valve, cyclone separator, flush line) • Special tappings on discharge side of the pump flange for a pitot tube insertion (which will allow you to read differential pressure and go to a GPM flow chart) standard (however pitot tube is an option and must be specified by the consultant. • Standard floor mounting square pedestal with 4 bolt holes • Stainless steel suction diffuser on the pump inlet (optional) with holding set screw already pre-drilled

Flo Fab Vertical Inline PumpsSeries 840SC: • Spacer-coupled VIL 2 x 2-8 to 16 x 16-19 • P base motors with steel or stainless steel shafts • Motors are available but with limited number of suppliers (difficult to source); only 4 motor manufacturers • Stainless steel short pump shaft with bronze sleeve or stainless steel sleeve (optional). • Cast iron bracket (not interchangeable with other series) • Vertical installation only • Impellers are available in iron, or all bronze • Special ductile iron spacer coupling to align the pump and motor shafts • Special floating bellows mechanical seal, which can be replaced without removal of the motor (outside seal arrangement)
