About ICAP • ICAP was founded in 2003 at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health • A recognized global leader in HIV/AIDS , tuberculosis, maternal/child health and health systems strengthening • ICAP partners with governments, educational institutions, NGOs and CBOs at the national, subnational, health facility and community level
