But there are five main obstacles which are coming in between to raise funds for the health insurance program in the California State. • In California Kindergarten is giving millions of dollar to colleges and the college students are increasing everyday, so the debt goes on. • Many of the middle-classes of California are not able to qualify the affordable health insurance plans, and if they even want to go with the private insurance plan they can’t because they are so expensive that they are not able to afford and Government or Legislature cannot focus only on the middle class they have to focus on the poor people too. • Day by day California people are growing older, and the middle-class is on the verge of retirement and the other on the other hand, the elderly couple has one or the other disability problem in which the proper health care could be problematic. • California roads, railways and other infrastructure need immediate funding, but the counties and cities don’t have the proper funding to build their house, and they made substantial fixes on the road, so the state leaders face a lot of pressure to build up and spend money on roads of California. • From the very beginning of elementary schools of California are facing severe mental health issues and the pressure is building day by day at the state levels. These challenges are creating pressure on California, so at the end, I would like to say that if Congress is not able to do anything, then California will have to make the plan of the health policies by themselves.
