Research and produce a literature review on high quality instruction (best practice) in thinking locally and internationally

Identify the thinking skills that can be embedded across all year levels.

Visit other schools to help us identify best practice

Unpack thinking in POLT 4 and VELS

Identify how thinking skills can be introduced in prep level and built upon in subsequent years.

Broaden thinking strategies in order to enrich curriculum delivery

Participated in 3 Professional learning activities:

*observe and work with colleagues in using thinking skills in the classroom

*shared and document their thinking curriculum ideas with staff at their level, before sharing with the whole staff in the school

*attend presentation on thinking approaches for the classroom

Audit current approach and instructional content covered in the thinking curriculum @YRPS

Further develop a comprehensive thinking approach to all curriculum areas building sequentially from level to level

Produce a document to support thinking curriculum at YPRS
