  1. The MicroRNA-200 Family Regulates Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Prognostic Markers in H1299 Supplementary Figures

  2. Figure S1 Figure S1. MiRNA-200a, -200b, -200c expression in H1299 cells before infection with the respective miRNA (H1299) and 48 hrs after stable infection with miR-200 (H1299 + miR-200).  The miR-200a, -200b, -200c expression level was measured using qRT-PCR as described in Materials and Methods.  The inserted graph shows Ct values for U47 which was used as endogenous control.  The inserted graph shows that the endogenous level of U47 was uniformly detected in all samples.  SAEC cells were used as a control cell line.  A high Ct value indicates low expression for the respective miRNA.

  3. Figure S2 Figure S2. Western blot of protein levels of E-cadherin in H1299 cells after infection with miR-scr (scrambled) or with miR-200a, -200b, or -200c, as well as in NHBE and SAEC. One representative blot is shown.  The experiments were repeated three times.  GAPDH was used as a loading control.
