  2. Heliot Restaurant, Bar & Lounge is set in the areas that were the Dress Circle and the private boxes of the original Frank Matcham designed theatre. It was the first theatre to include the revolutionary cantilever method of construction, therefore reducing the need for pillars. Heliot offers a high energy restaurant, cocktail bar and lounge with private dining rooms and entertainment at the heart of the Casino. The Casino and Heliot Restaurant are available for parties and events including Cocktail & Canapés parties, day and night meetings, screenings and product launches from 12 - 600 guests in our private rooms, lounge and event spaces.

The medium to full-bodied palate is crisp, very tight and very concentrated with a very long finish giving some minerality. 97 Points, Wine Advocate.” £150.00 Australia Corton Charlemagne, Grand Cru 2008, Domaine Patrick Javillier, Burgundy Beautiful, pure, fresh and delightful, with superb balance right from the start. This has a terrific depth of fruit, a sense of grace and harmony with a lovely mineral finish. France £200.00 Batard Montrachet, Grand Cru, Domaine Henri Boillot This Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru was the last vineyard to be picked by Henri Boillot in 2006, and this shows in the wine’s luxuriant style with its deliciously weighty palate and heady mix of ripe pears. Rich, heavenly and decadent aromas waft from the glass like dry ice in a Lloyd Webber musical. The palate has majestic girth and a stunning, long finish. Intoxicating! France £300.00 Le Montrachet, Gran Cru 2000, Domaine des Comtes Lafon, Burgundy Exquisite and harmonious stone-fruit nose, with fine oak. Very concentrated, a touch austere, packed with extract. Still very youthful, with a sensationally long, chewy finish. Impeccable. This is a big Montrachet, even by the imposing standards that Montrachet typically brings to bear. France £1,000 RoSé WINES 175ml Bottle Finca Valero Rosado From Carinena in North East Spain come this refreshing rosado with aromas of cherries and strawberries. Clean, crisp and refreshing. Spain £5.20 £21.50 Ancora Monferrato Chiaretto Rosato Bright strawberry pink from Northern Italy. Delicately aromatic with fresh berry and citrus fruit characters. Light and crisp on the palate with ripe fruit balanced by tangy fresh acidity. They manage to keep their reds fresh by harvesting in the cool of night and very quickly. Beautifully balanced and structures. Spain £20.00 La Croix Carignan/Merlot IGP de l’Herault Carignan is the most interesting red grape in the Languedoc when farmed correctly. This is from relatively low yielding fruit and has the characteristic, hedgerow fruit, garrigue and racy acidity. The Merlot adds some plumpness on the mid-palate and a sweet fruit finish. France £5.80 £22.00 Burlesque Zinfandel, Lodi California A full bodied Zinfandel, packed with damson fruit flavours with a twist of black pepper. Wonderfully balanced, ripe, and velvety smooth. Australia £95.00 Château Batailley, 5ème Cru, Pauillac, Bordeaux 2000 A fine blackberry and raspberry nose with good definition and fruit concentration. The palate is very pure with good delineation and acidity, great harmony and cohesion with a solid mass of fruit at its heart. Blackberry, cassis, wild hedgerow with a touch of blueberry towards the finish. USA £160.00 Château Montrose 1995, St Estèphe, Bordeaux Excellent red-ruby color. Plum, currant, animal fur, smoked game, roasted nuts and graphite on the nose, plus a note of toffee. Firm acidity gives the wine superb delineation and grip. France £200.00 Vega-Sicilia Unico 2000, Ribera del Duero The rich crimson colour leads to a rich and spicy palate with generous black fruit, clove and pepper spice and a rich almost savoury finish. Javier and Pablo compare it to 1996, 1994, 1986 and 1970, all of which are drinking beautifully now in various stages of their evolution. An elegant and very successful vintage. Spain £350.00 Château Haut Brion 1982 , Pessac-Leogan, Bordeaux Superb weather conditions produced a great wine form a very large crop. The colour is still deep and youthful and the nose is almost baked or grilled as a consequence of the intense heat at vintage time.It is sweet and supple on the palate with fabulously ripe tannins, which will keep the wine for another foranother 20 years. France £1,000 MAGNUMS RED Journeys End Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Young and fresh with no shortage of plum, cassis and mint on the nose. Juicy and bright on the palate, the blackcurrant fruit is matched with spicy oak and ripe tannins. Australia £80.00 St Cosme Côtes du Rhône An opaque purple black with a rich nose of cherry, leather and wet rusted metal, it is lip-smacking good; full of chocolate, cherry, metal/mineral notes with medium to full body and a lovely finish. A real crowd pleaser. £85.00 France Dinastia Vivanco Rioja Reserva Mature black and red fruit with some balsamic and eucalyptus notes. On the palate it is of medium weight, sweet but with a good acid balance. Flavours of exotic fruits and clean finish of medium length. £39.00 Hungary Royal Tokaji Gold Label 2007 Intensely sweet, with lush flavours of caramelised peel, barley sugar, tangerines and peach, all balanced by piercing acidity. Fascinating nuances of cinnamon and clove, and a mineral finish. £93.00 Hungary Royal Tokaji Mezes Maly 2003 An apricot bomb on the nose with hints of plums, quince and exotic fruits.
