  2. TAXES • Heavier taxes on higher earning households • Establish a tax standard for all states • Base taxes on income and family size • Lower taxes on American made products

  3. ECONOMY • Invest in an oil rig for the United States only • Create new jobs to jumpstart the economy • We suggest raising minimum wage to increase spending

  4. ENVIRONMENT • Support recycling • Increase recycling centers • Create more solar powered vehicles, companies, etc., which creates more jobs • Encourage use of energy efficient products • We support going green, America!

  5. EDUCATION • Eliminate the No Child Left Behind Act • Against class size increase • Art programs in all schools • We support lotteries in all states to help schools

  6. FOREIGN AFFAIRS • Promote peace in Korea • Strengthen ties with China • Regulate alliances • Provide more relief efforts

  7. GUN CONTROL • Support Second Amendment • 19 years old to purchase guns • Silencers remain illegal • Stronger background checks • Felons not allowed to purchase guns

  8. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION • We believe that the person most qualified for a job should receive the job regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, or age.

  9. IMMIGRATION • Maintain current laws • Companies employing illegal immigrants will be fined • Promote English as a Second Language (ESL) classes

  10. ABORTION • Pro-choice within reason • No abortions after the first trimester with exception of the danger to the mother

  11. SOCIAL SECURITY • Base disability on percentages (10-100%) based on the severity of the injury • If a person is still able to work disability will be a supplement to another income • If the person is unable to work, they will receive full disability

  12. Medicare • We advocate Medicare for senior citizens as well as those who are permanently disabled.
