  1. Wes Hurd Hi my name is Wes, and I want to tell you about my self. I am 15 and in the 9th grade. I like fishing as some of you may like as well. I also like Dodge Vipers as you can see in the background. Peace out

  2. Sarah Turner My name is Sarah Turner. I am 14 years old, and In 9th grade. I’m the oldest in my family. I write consistently, and I’ve been published four times for poems and an essay. I’ve been in art programs all my life. When I’m not doing anything, I enjoy getting online and playing Blizzard’s World of Warcraft. I also love music. My favorite bands are Something Corporate, The Used, and Panic! At the Disco.

  3. Alberto Guevara Hi my name is Alberto Guevara and I go to Washington Jr. High. I am 15 years old and I am in 9th grade. I am Mexican . In my free time I like to just sit in my room and watch movies or play videos games. I also hang out with my friends and drive around Bentonville and Rogers. My favorite sports are football, soccer, and basketball.

  4. Jacob Lane My name is Jacob Lane. I’m 14 years old. My hobbies include music, computers, and football. My favorite bands are Disturbed, Korn, and Coal Chamber. My favorite computer games are Quake 4, Worlds of Warcraft, Everquest, and Doom 3.

  5. Anthony Rouse Hello my name is Anthony Rouse. I am 14 and in the 8th grade. I play soccer and baseball. I am on traveling teams for both sports.My soccer team won state cup last year. My baseball team isn’t that good. I am good friends with Brandon Ellis.My favorite soccer player is Pablo Mastroeni.My favorite food is Chinese or Mexican food.See Ya later.

  6. Brandon Ellis Hey… My name is Brandon. I was born in Denver Colorado and I am thirteen years old. My favorite sports are Tennis, Golf, and Wakeboarding. I am on a traveling tennis team and am ranked ninth in the state. My favorite Tennis player is Rafael Nadel. I am good friends with Anthony Rouse. A hamburger, french fries, and a shake is my favorite meal. My dad works for an ice cream company. There are five people in my family. See you later.

  7. Vanessa Fitchue My name is Vanessa and I’m 13 years old. I’m in the 8th grade and I enjoy singing, writing, sketching, and hanging out with friends. I spend a lot of time on the phone, internet, or just playing games on the computer. I was born in California, but have lived here in AR for most of my life. I’m in the top two choirs that I can get in at school and it wasn’t easy to get there. Someday I hope to be a famous singer or choir director( I think I have a better chance with the second option). But either way, I love art. I have two sisters and an amazing mom and dad. Life here in Arkansas is pretty amazing!

  8. chloe derossette Hey! My name is Chloe DeRossette and I attend Washington Junior High School. I am sixteen years old and I love art.  I live here in Bentonville, Arkansas. When I was told about you guys I was very excited. The power point you guys sent us was wicked cute. I am so pumped about sending you our art work. Just a little something about me, I love music and I love telling people about Christ. He’s amazing.  Love, Chloe 

  9. Camille Proctor Hello. My name is Camille. I was born in St. Louis, Missouri. I just recently moved here from South Carolina. I am 15 years old & I am in 9th grade. Art is my passion. When I graduate high school, I am going to go to college to be a Graphic Designer. Well, I am really looking forward to getting to know your class in China. Have a great rest of the year! - Camille.

  10. Lisa Lorence I am 13 and I’m in 8th grade. I have lived in Arkansas all my life and I love it here. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I love animals! My favorite kind of media is pastel. Besides drawing I like watching T.V., listening to music, and being with friends.

  11. Sara • I am 14 years old. I enjoy photography. I moved to Bentonville this year and my favorite subjects are language and art.

  12. Kazy Lugo • My name is Kazy and I am in the 8th grade. I enjoy painting and drawing and photography. I am very excited, as we all are, to be sharing our art and culture with all of you.

  13. Blake Weldon • My name is Blake Weldon. I am 15 years old and 6ft. 1in. tall. I live in Bentonville, Arkansas the home of the world’s largest corporation, Wal-Mart. My hobbies include paintball and art. I am planning to go to school for history and government and someday become a historian.

  14. James Rivera My name is James Rivera and I go to Washington Jr. high and attend the 9th grade. I am from the country of El Salvador which Is located in Central America. My favorite food is Chinese food. My favorite restaurant is Panda. The sport that I like the most is Basketball and my favorite player is Lebron James of the Cleveland cavaliers

  15. Chris Servati My name is Chris Servati, I am 14 and a freshman here at WJHS. I enjoy painting, both in watercolor, acrylic, and I also like oil and pastels. I also like to read, write, and listen to music.

  16. Sandra L. Sandoval My name is Sandra Sandoval. My favorite subjects in school are math, science, and art. A career that I would like to take would be architecture or engineering. In most of my classes I’m really quiet and sometimes I’m not. I moved from Glendale, California to Bentonville, Arkansas when I was 11 years old. Now I’m 14 years old and I’m in ninth grade.

  17. Sam Modglin My name is Sam. I am 13 years old. I live in Cave Springs AR. I have lived here for two years. Before I lived here I lived on the West Coast in California. I love painting for fun and talking on the phone. I have no brothers or sisters. I love AR. and I would love to get to meet one or all of you!

  18. Danielle McKnight My name is Danielle McKnight. Some of my hobbies are dancing, swimming, and reading. I have two cats, Sam and Tigger, three dogs, Coco, Cheyenne and Rufus, and five horses, Leo, Sal, Red, Dan, and Rusty. I also have three brothers Josh, Zack, and Luke, one step-sister, Brittany, a step-dad Brent and my mom Christine. Those are just a couple of facts about me.

  19. Mrs. Lee My name is Mrs. Lee. I have been an art teacher at WJHS for 7 years and think I have an awesome job. I love teaching the universal language of art and am very excited to meet and share art with you. My favorite media are oil painting and clay but I love and appreciate all types of art. I have two daughters who are 25 and 22 and a son who is 12 and loves to play baseball. We went to see the San Francisco Giants and the New York Yankees play last year.
