  2. The Choroid: Ocular Sanctuary: A 68-year-old man suffered a moderate diminution of his VA (0.7) over 8 years. The ocular exploration showed a choroidal effusion. All the tests realized were normal. The last conjunctival biopsy indicated WALDENSTRÖM’s disease (3.1 cases per 1,000,000 citizens).
