2. و قال لهم ايضا مثلا في انه ينبغي ان يصلى كل حين و لا يمل. قائلا كان في مدينة قاض لا يخاف الله و لا يهاب انسانا. و كان في تلك المدينة ارملة و كانت تاتي اليه قائلة انصفني من خصمي. و كان لا يشاء الى زمان و لكن بعد ذلك قال في نفسه و ان كنت لا اخاف الله و لا اهاب انسانا. فاني لاجل ان هذه الارملة تزعجني انصفها لئلا تاتي دائما فتقمعني. (لو 18 : 1 - 5) Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart, saying: There was in a certain city a judge who did not fear God nor regard man. Now there was a widow in that city; and she came to him, saying, get justice for me from my adversary.And he would not for a while; but afterward he said within himself, though I do not fear God nor regard man, yet because this widow troubles me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.(Luke 18 : 1 - 5)

3. صلوا بلا انقطاع (1تس 5 : 17) Pray without ceasing (1Th 5 : 17) بدل محبتي يخاصمونني اما انا فصلاة (مز 109 : 4) In return for my love they are my accusers, But I give myself to prayer (Ps 109 : 4)

4. بركات الصلاة الدائمة Blessings of Continuous Praying الدالة والإستجابة Close Relationship & God’s Response اعترفوا بعضكم لبعض بالزلات و صلوا بعضكم لاجل بعض لكي تشفوا طلبة البار تقتدر كثيرا في فعلها (يع 5 : 16) Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much (Jam 5 : 16) لان كل من يسال ياخذ ومن يطلب يجد ومن يقرع يفتح له (مت 7 : 8) For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.(Mat 7:8)

5. بركات الصلاة الدائمة Blessings of continuous prayer نقاوة القلب Purity of the heart طوبى للانقياء القلب لانهم يعاينون الله (مت 5 : 8) Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God (Mat 5 : 8) قلبا نقيا اخلق في يا الله و روحا مستقيما جدد في داخلي (مز 51 : 10) Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. (Psa 51 : 10)

6. بركات الصلاة الدائمة Blessings of continuous prayer الفضائل Virtues ثمر الروح Fruits of the Spirit اما ثمر الروح فهو محبة فرح سلام طول اناة لطف صلاح ايمان (غل 5 : 22) The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness. (Gal 5 : 22) و الذي في الارض الجيدة هو الذين يسمعون الكلمة فيحفظونها في قلب جيد صالح و يثمرون بالصبر (لو 8 : 15) But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience (Luke 8 : 15)

7. بركات الصلاة الدائمة Blessings of continuous prayer النصرة على الشياطين Victory over devils فاخضعوا لله قاوموا ابليس فيهرب منكم. اقتربوا الى الله فيقترب اليكم نقوا ايديكم ايها الخطاة و طهروا قلوبكم. (يع 4 : 7 - 8) Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts .(Jam 4 : 7 - 8)

8. بركات الصلاة الدائمة Blessings of continuous prayer النصرة على الشياطين Victory over devils ان نزل علي جيش لا يخاف قلبي ان قامت علي حرب ففي ذلك انا مطمئن. (مز 27 : 3) Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; though war should rise against me, in this I will be confident. (Psa 27 : 3)

9. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer • أول اليوم ... وآخره • At the beginning • & at the end of the day وفي الصبح باكرا جدا قام وخرج ومضى الى موضع خلاء وكان يصلي هناك (مر 1 : 35) Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there He prayed (Mark 1 : 35)

10. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer • أول اليوم ... وآخره • At the beginning • & at the end of the day وفي تلك الايام خرج الى الجبل ليصلي وقضى الليل كله في الصلاة لله (لو 6: 12) Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God. (Luke 6 : 12)

11. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer • أول اليوم ... وآخره • At the beginning • & at the end of the day في منتصف الليل اقوم لاحمدك على احكام برك (مز 119 : 62) At midnight I will rise to give thanks to You, Because of Your righteous judgments. (Psa 119 : 62) يا رب اله خلاصي بالنهار والليل صرخت امامك (مز 88 : 1) O LORD, God of my salvation, I have cried out day and night before You. (Psa 88 : 1)

12. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer • أول اليوم ... وآخره • At the beginning • & at the end of the day انا احب الذين يحبونني و الذين يبكرون الي يجدونني (ام 8 : 17) I love those who love me, and those who seek me diligently will find me (Pro 8 : 17)

Controlling the body (eating & sleeping) لان الجسد يشتهي ضد الروح والروح ضد الجسد وهذان يقاوم احدهما الاخر حتى تفعلون مالا تريدون (غل 5 : 17) For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. (Gal 5 : 17)

14. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 2. ضبط الجسد (الأكل والنوم( 2. Controlling the body (eating & sleeping) لانه ان عشتم حسب الجسد فستموتون ولكن ان كنتم بالروح تميتون اعمال الجسد فستحيون (رو 8 : 13) For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live (Rom 8 : 13)

15. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 2. ضبط الجسد (الأكل والنوم( 2. Controlling the body (eating & sleeping) بل اقمع جسدي واستعبده حتى بعدما كرزت للاخرين لااصير انا نفسي مرفوضا (1كو 9 : 27) But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified (1Co 9 : 27)

Controlling the mind (& senses) لتكن اقوال فمي وفكر قلبي مرضية امامك يا رب صخرتي ووليي(مز 19 : 14) Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer (Psa 19 : 14) فعلم يسوع افكارهم فقال لماذا تفكرون بالشر في قلوبكم (مت 9 : 4) But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, Why do you think evil in your hearts? (Mat 9 : 4)

Controlling the mind (& senses) لا تشاكلوا هذا الدهر بل تغيروا عن شكلكم بتجديد اذهانكم لتختبروا ماهي ارادة الله الصالحة المرضية الكاملة (رو 12 : 2) Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God (Rom 12 : 2)

The Arrow Prayers مصلين بكل صلاة وطلبة كل وقت في الروح وساهرين لهذا بعينه بكل مواظبة وطلبة لاجل جميع القديسين (اف 6 : 18) Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints (Eph 6 : 18)

The Arrow Prayers و مرض اليشع مرضه الذي مات به فنزل اليه يواش ملك اسرائيل وبكى على وجهه و قال يا ابي يا ابي يا مركبة اسرائيل و فرسانها. Elisha had become sick with the illness of which he would die. Then Joash the king of Israel came down to him, and wept over his face, and said, "O my father, my father, the chariots of Israel and their horsemen!".

The Arrow Prayers فقال له اليشع خذ قوسا و سهاما فاخذ لنفسه قوسا و سهاما. ثم قال لملك اسرائيل ركب يدك على القوس فركب يده ثم وضع اليشع يده على يدي الملك. Then he said to the king of Israel, put your hand on the bow so he put his hand on it, and Elisha put his hands on the king's hands.

The Arrow Prayers و قال افتح الكوة لجهة الشرق ففتحها فقال اليشع ارم فرمى فقال سهم خلاص للرب و سهم خلاص من ارام فانك تضرب ارام في افيق الى الفناء. And he said, Open the east window; and he opened it Then Elisha said, "Shoot"; and he shot. And he said, The arrow of the LORD's deliverance and the arrow of deliverance from Syria; for you must strike the Syrians at Aphek till you have destroyed them.

22. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 4. الصلوات السهمية 4. The Arrow Prayers ثم قال خذ السهام فاخذها ثم قال لملك اسرائيل اضرب على الارض فضرب ثلاث مرات و وقف. And Elisha said to him, "Take a bow and some arrows" So he took himself a bow and some arrows. Then he said, "Take the arrows"; so he took them And he said to the king of Israel, "Strike the ground"; so he struck three times, and stopped.

The Arrow Prayers فغضب عليه رجل الله و قال لو ضربت خمس او ست مرات حينئذ ضربت ارام الى الفناء و اما الان فانك انما تضرب ارام ثلاث مرات. (2مل 13 : 14 - 19) And the man of God was angry with him, and said, "You should have struck five or six times; then you would have struck Syria till you had destroyed it! But now you will strike Syria only three times“. (2Ki 13 : 14 - 19)

24. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 5. صلاة يسوع 5. The Jesus Christ’s Prayer اسم الرب برج حصين يركض اليه الصديق و يتمنع (ام 18 : 10) The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe. (Pro 18 : 10)

25. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 5. صلاة يسوع 5. The Jesus Christ’s Prayer وكل ما عملتم بقول او فعل فاعملوا الكل باسم الرب يسوع شاكرين الله والاب به (كو 3 : 17) And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. (Col 3 : 17)

26. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 5. صلاة يسوع 5. The Jesus Christ’s Prayer ففي طريق احكامك يا رب انتظرناك الى اسمك والى ذكرك شهوة النفس. (اش 26 : 8) Yes, in the way of Your judgments, O LORD, we have waited for You; the desire of our soul is for Your name And for the remembrance of You .(Isa 26 : 8)

27. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 6. الشكر المستمر 6. Continuous Thankfulness شاكرين كل حين على كل شيء في اسم ربنا يسوع المسيح لله والاب (اف 5 :20) Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Eph 5 : 20)

28. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 6. الشكر المستمر 6. Continuous Thankfulness وليملك في قلوبكم سلام الله الذي اليه دعيتم في جسد واحد وكونوا شاكرين (كو 3 : 15) And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. (Col 3 : 15)

Continuous Thankfulness اشكر الهي في كل حين من جهتكم على نعمة الله المعطاة لكم في يسوع المسيح (1كو 1 : 4) I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given to you by Christ Jesus.(1Co 1 : 4) كل نسمة فلتسبح الرب هللويا (مز 150 : 6) Let everything that has breath praise the LORD (Psa 150: 6)

30. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 7. ضبط اللسان 7. Controlling the Tongue لاننا في اشياء كثيرة نعثر جميعنا ان كان احد لا يعثر في الكلام فذاك رجل كامل قادر ان يلجم كل الجسد ايضا (يع 3 : 2) For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body (Jam 3 : 2) و اما مريم فكانت تحفظ جميع هذا الكلام متفكرة به في قلبها (لو 2 : 19) But Mary kept all these things and pondered them in her heart (Luke 2 : 19)

31. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 7. ضبط اللسان 7. Controlling the Tongue لا تخرج كلمة ردية من افواهكم بل كل ما كان صالحا للبنيان حسب الحاجة كي يعطي نعمة للسامعين (اف 4 : 29) Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers (Eph 4 : 29)

32. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 7. ضبط اللسان 7. Controlling the Tongue العل ينبوعا ينبع من نفس عين واحدة العذب والمر. هل تقدر يا اخوتي تينة ان تصنع زيتونا او كرمة تينا ولا كذلك ينبوع يصنع ماء مالحا وعذبا. (يع 3 : 11 - 12) Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening? Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh. (Jam 3 : 11 - 12)

33. تداريب للصلاة الدائمة Practices for Continuous Prayer 8. الصلاة بالآيات والمزامير 8. Prayers with verses & psalms اذكر لعبدك القول الذي جعلتني انتظره. هذه هي تعزيتي في مذلتي لان قولك احياني. (مز 119 : 49 - 50) Remember the word to Your servant, upon which You have caused me to hope. This is my comfort in my affliction, for Your word has given me life. (Psa 119 : 49 - 50)

Prayers with verses & psalms شريعة فمك خير لي من الوف ذهب و فضة (مز 119 : 72) The law of Your mouth is better to me than thousands coins of gold and silver (Psa 119 : 72) خبات كلامك في قلبي لكيلا اخطئ اليك (مز 119 : 11) Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You! (Psa 119 : 11)
