  2. Internet The internet has played a massive part in the production of the trailer, magazine cover and poster. Research was done by using the internet which initially gave me my ideas for what I need to do for my project. It allowed me to gain background knowledge regarding the areas I had to work on. Google is one of the main search engine I have used during the early stage of my product as Google helped me researching into the specific genre. After making my search Google led me to sites such as IMDB and Wikipedia which gave me information regarding the films I needed to analyse. YouTube played a massive part during the research, during the distribution and helped me in the production of the product. By looking at existing trailers it allowed me to expand on my ideas and I was able to analyse the codes and conventions of the trailers and use them in our trailer. Also YouTube “ Photoshop” tutorials helped me in producing the scary face for the magazine cover, how to produce the credits for the trailer etc.

  3. Wordpress,Prezi,Viko, Word press has been an important site throughout my project. I have used word press to documentation all the stages which includes the research, planning the different stages of our production, and the production pieces. The site has been very easy to use as it was straight forward to understand. Prezi has helped me in hosting my presentation. You can create several powerpoints on prezi and upload them to your blog. I have created few powerpoints on prezi within the evaluation and analysis of my products. Viko is another site that I used for my evaluation. This site allowed me to create something different in order to show creativity. I have used this site to answer one of my evaluation questions. The site has allowed me to expand on my creativity.

  4. Camera’s,Iphone’s,Computer I used the camera during the production and planning of my project. The camera allowed me to take test shots and plan the location I would like to use. The camera also helped in the shooting of the trailer. All the test footage and final footage was filmed on camera. I used my iphone to record some of the feedback done by the audience. Also I received whats app messages in which friends who have watched the trailer commented on the weaknesses and strengths. I used the computer for editing the trailer , adding the music, create the credits. Also the computer was used for editing the images which were going to be used for the poster and magazine cover.

  5. Programmes Photoshop was one of the main programmes that I used within my project. I used Photoshop to create the remake of a poster. Also I used Photoshop for creating the credits, editing magazine image. I used Photoshop to create the magazine front cover and also to create the institution logo’s . Serif video maker was used to produce the trailer. This software allowed me crop, edit , change the pace of the clips and re order them to mine and noors liking. The software also allowed me to add music to the trailer and crop the music if needed. The final and finish draft was produced on serif. Window video makerwas used for the evaluation and I produced two short films. One is regarding the analysis of a poster. The other short film is answering one of the evaluation questions. Also I recorded some responses on my phone which meant I had to use a sound system on the computer in order to upload as a track on my blog.
