  3. Who Are NSMS? NSMS are part of OUCS and we are based at OUCS. NSMS has 11 staff. Our small size means we are fast & flexible & responsive. We provide IT services to University Departments, associate departments and Colleges and our services are tailored to meet their needs. Our time is charged either hourly and through annual support contract options. We work to recover costs. We discuss our customers requirements in complete confidence. We work with both long term planning and short term needs. NSMS

Case Study • Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies (OXCIS) • 4 servers, 37 workstations, 7 network printers • New servers specified & purchased installed • Upgraded domain from Windows NT to Windows 2003 • Workstations migrated smoothly from NT to XP • New network printers installed • Backup regime installed and managed (ARCServe 11) • Roaming profiles configured • Automated Sophos push to clients NSMS
