DHTP - Criteria for determining projects in hi-tech production The project must operate in hi-tech areas of investment encourage The product’s products made in the hi-tech zones must be on the Hi-tech Product Priority List proclaimed by Danang Hi-tech Park Management Board Expense for R&D takes up to 5% of the total annual revenue or costs of R&D for Vietnam account for less than 1% of the total annual revenue University graduates engaged in R&D must be at least 5% of the project’s total workforce The project’s technologies must be advanced, specialized, automatic and installed in an industrially hygienic workplace Quality control must meet international professional standards and the enterprise management must be computerized The project must comply with regulations and technical standards in environment as prescribed by Vietnam laws.
