  13. C A R Iorganised an end of year performance to showcase the achievements of members of Stage Society throughout the academic year. I had to considerroom bookings, ticket prices and running order of the show. As well as this I had to publicise the event to break even. This had a successful outcome as 100 people attended the event and we covered our costs.

C A R • I organised an end of year performance to showcase the achievements of members of Stage Society throughout the academic year. • I delegated tasks to relevant committee members to create routines for the performance. I formulated a thorough marketing strategy to publicise the event across campus and continually evaluated this to be able to adapt my strategy. • I researched similar events at other universities to determine what was feasible and forecastedthe costs of the event to be able to chose a pricing strategy accordingly. • As a result, I was able to host a successful event, exceeding attendance from previous year by 80% and showcase the achievements of my members. Furthermore, as I conducted recruitment of new members at the event, this led to an increase in membership the following year.

  15. In organising a trip to Germany, I researched a range of options and negotiated a deal to ensure the best value for money for members. I formulated a successful marketing strategy to encourage participation and engage members to attend our annual society trip to Germany. Compare...
