  3. I did a census at school to find out what the children aren’t happy with. I am going to brief you on how to improve the academic and sports needs of the school. What changes you can bring in to accommodate the learners of the school. Introduction

  4. A census is the procedure of acquiring and recording information about s certain population, in this case the learners of XYZ In this case it refers to the academic needs and the sports needs of the learners in my school and how to improve it. What is a census

  6. These are the subjects that I thought that the children would want. And I would advise you to try and bring in • Dance Studies • Music • Another Language - German Statistics

  7. Learners would want to have no restriction of subjects so that they can do choose all the subjects that they are interested in. • Learners would make use of the school’s computers to practise their CAT • Learners would pay the school a fee to access their internet to do their tasks. • It would be a great idea to introduce the Grade 9 learners to Grade 10-12 subjects so that they would know what to choose.   9. Statistics • These are the sports that I thought that the learners would want. And I would advise you to try and bring in • Dance Sport • Soccer • Golf • firstly bring in soccer because there has been a great demand for it for a few years now.

  10. Children would make use of school transport to and from sports practise. 11 out of the 20 learners would make use of the school’s transport. 55% Transport

Learners would make use of school transport to and from sport. • **BUS STOPS** • Learners would sit in a class to do their homework until sport practise begins. • More learners would participate in sports if it’s part of the school day. • Dance Studies and Dance Sport goes hand in hand therefore it would make sense to bring in both. There are a few changes that can be made concerning the academic and sport needs of the school • Bring in Dance Studies, Music and the language German • Bring in Dance Sport, Soccer and Golf • Make transport available for the farm children to and from sports. • Now you have a clearer mind of how to adjust the Academic and Sports needs to accommodate the learners of the school.
