Polymer Fusion Program • Exclusive program gives you the freedom to specify unique custom seals without the customary tooling expense • Using Chesterton’s exclusive polymer materials to manufacture a seal. • This unique proprietary process is used to join two or more segments of smaller diameter seals together (fused) to create a continuous (non-split) large diameter seal of any size. • Similar to a metal weld, the integrity of the fused joint is as strong as the base polymer material

Getting started Contact Customer Service #1-978-469-6202 Polymer Fusion Program • Provide application details to customer service • Complete application questionnaire (inner diameter, outer diameter, height) • Engineering will review details • If no tooling exists, a separate quote is provided for a new tooling jig (required for fusion) • Customer service will provide a quotation • standard lead time is 15 production days • Production is scheduled once a purchase order is received • Ask customer service if expediting is required
