  1. NW 102-113 SESIS: Provider Assignment

  2. Objectives : • Log into Provider Assignment • Use Tabs for Awaiting and Receiving • Learn how to utilize the Search Function to find a service and provider • Moving students from the Awaiting to Receiving • First Attending • Navigate the Provider Assignment Grid

  3. Provider Assignment Screen • On the SESIS Home Screen Select Provider Assignment • The default view will direct the user to the Awaiting DOE Provider • Ensure that Placement Status is clear • Click Send/Print upon finalizing the Prior Written Notice Package (PNP)

  4. On the SESIS home screen click the Provider Assignment link

  5. Click on the Search Function to Find the Service and Select the Student ID to Bulk Assign the Cases

  6. Use the Search Function to Filter

  7. Click Select to Assign Cases (individual or Bulk) and Assign Provider

  8. Click Assign Provider and Filter out Service/Provider Name

  9. Select a Provider

  10. Select Student(s) and Click First Attend

  11. Navigate (Left and Right) the Provider Assignment Grid for Information
