  2. Overview • This session will focus on how our School Management System brings your data together seamlessly and produces effective results to improve student performance.

  3. Setup • Customizable forms allow districts to meet their evaluation needs • Organizational Chart can be setup to identify hierarchy • Status Codes are used to identify a district’s evaluation work flow

  4. Evaluating an employee • Evaluation is entered and completed in Employee Access • Eliminates the need to print paper copies • Evaluator can complete an evaluation in the classroom using a tablet or desktop

  5. Reviewing the Evaluation (Administrator) • Evaluation information display in Employee Profile • Analyzing and extracting evaluation data from Custom Evaluation Forms screen
