Drawing It Out • Was formed in Japan, as manga was • In America, the style became more loose and relaxed • Some Americans try to stick to the “traditional” way • Traditional form has changed over the years • Other style have been developed due to personal taste • Everyone draws the same pose differently • Human and animal styles have changed with taste

  9. Help With The Basics There are many books to help with certain things. Such as: -body basics -page set-up -animals -anthros (animal-humans) -characters for certain styles (shoujo characters, shounen characters, ect.)

Taking It Farther • Some draw manga purely for fun • Others may try to make their own • There are various things you need to make your own -your own style or something you’ve learned -a story -characters -YEARS OF PRACTICE! Unless it’s just for fun. • Some draw their own characters and story • Others may get someone else to did either one for them
