ADVISOR REPORTS Overview • Series of student related reports developed to meet the needs of advisors • Other reports supply student and center data for Colleges, Depts, and Regional Campuses • The warehouse is updated each evening from the Student Records System (Banner) • Use the following website to view the sample reports: www.usu.edu/advising/for_advisors/

3. WAREHOUSE ACCESS To use these reports: • Obtain access. Print the Warehouse Access Request Form (www.usu.edu/banner) under Training and follow the instructions • Request the reports. When you receive an e-mail notification from the Registrar’s office, the reports will have been shared with you.

WAREHOUSE TRAINING • To run existing reports, Discoverer Viewer training is available online. • Access http://warehouse.usu.edu/ and link to the Discoverer Viewer Tutorial. • To create new reports, Discoverer Plus training is available. • Access http://it.usu.edu/htm/training and follow the preferred links under Banner Training.
