  6. Rules and Expectations • Be where you’re supposed to be… • When you’re supposed to be there… • AND DO THAT ALL THE TIME!!! For additional details refer to the “Athletic Code of Conduct” packet that will be posted on the website: (www.arudellacrosse.org). • Once you have reviewed these rules, you must turn in the sign-off sheet that is at the end of the packet.

  8. Team Selection • This is about choosing the people that will form the BEST TEAM – Not just the best players.

  9. Team Selection • Character and Reliability • CAN I TRUST YOU? I watch your actions – I don’t listen to your words • Athleticism • Test results from combine – Players will be ranked based on their performance • Coachability • NO PALMS UP!!! – How do you respond to coaching • Lacrosse experience and skill • Players will be evaluated during try-outs and ranked by the coaching staff • Commitment to the Program • You are either IN or your OUT

Dates to Remember • February 11th – 25th– Physicals, Parent Consent Forms, and Concussion History forms due to Coach Necessary. • February 26th– Equipment distribution – Returning Players – 2:15 in Gym 5 • February 27th– Equipment distribution – New Players – 2:15 in Gym 5 • March 1st (Saturday) – First day of practice • For all other schedule information refer to the Teamwebsite www.arundellacrosse.org

  11. First Practice Details • When? - March 1st • Time: • Juniors/Seniors – 8am – 11am • Freshman/Sophomores – 12pm – 3pm • Where? – Meet in Team Room 1 • What do I need? • All safety equipment and issued uniform and a Lock • Grey sweat suit • Turned in (prior to February 27th) to Coach Necessary • Completed physical, parent permission forms, and concussion history forms
