  3. @/Arpro® Solutions Depending on the type of business you have, you might use either the Estimate, the Sales Orders feature or Production Planning, to auto-generate the corresponding supplier orders or workmanship from the acquired Sales Orders. The following features are available in @/Arpro Le ® (light edition) too! Entering Estimates The management of the “active cycle”, from the customer quote to the invoicing, of the “passive cycle”, from the supplier order and up to the purchase invoice, is completely automated. Entering Estimates into @/Arpro® is similar to entering invoices: • from the main menu select “Stock-Orders”, then “Quotes” to open the relative form • afterwards press the “New” button and insert the customer name. Now the document is ready to filled with the data • warehouse items & notes can be part of the estimate • you can print the estimate for your prospects or send it automatically by email • estimates do not post to the general ledger Provided by Arpro Solutions, LLC

  5. Creating Sales Orders from Estimates From this process on, by using warehouse items as part of the estimate document, @/Arpro® moves the inventory and keeps it updated. The warehouse connection during the processing phases ensures the correct handling of the articles: loading, unloading, committed from customer orders & production or ordered from supplier orders. “The way Intellectually FUN people like to learn!” Provided by Arpro Solutions, LLC

Entering Sales Orders into @/Arpro® is similar to entering Estimates: • from the main menu select the “Stock-Orders”, then “Customer Orders” to open the relative form • afterwards press the “New” button and insert the customer name. Creating Purchase & Production Orders from Sales Orders The goal of the “Production Planning Module” is to make sure that the supplies and materials needed to meet the deadlines and conditions of Sales Orders are on hand. In this way, you avoid situations of under/over stock. Provided by Arpro Solutions, LLC

  8. @/Arpro Erp® analyzes the customer order backlogs, the situation of the warehouse(s) and minimum stock, orders to supplier and production requirements, in real-time. It proposes a list of requirements: articles, semi-finished or finished (BOMs). By confirming the list, the program generates the corresponding supplier orders and/or production launches or job orders. If you are running a manufacturing or assembly company, now production can begin! The purchase office is refreshingly automated! Try it, you’ll like it. Generate Sales Invoices & Accounting When you are ready to ship or deliver the products to your customer, you can transfer the information from the Sales Orders to one or more Invoices. • from the Sales Orders (or Customer Orders) press the “Run” button • after selected the “Sales Invoice” option and pressing the “Ok” button on the toolbar, the program generates the Invoice & Accounting • you can print the Sales Invoice for your prospects or send it automatically by email • the Sales Order is executed completely or partially, depending from the delivered quantities. “The way Intellectually FUN people like to learn!” Provided by Arpro Solutions, LLC

  10. Tracking Sale Orders & Back Orders There are several reports that help you to track the Sales Orders and to analyze the accuracy of your ordering.
