  3. Lesson 3- A Job Worth Starting is Worth Finishing God continues to do what He began even up until today: “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ” Philippians 1:6 Global Center for Christian Development

Lesson 3- A Job Worth Starting is Worth Finishing • Anything Jesus has done before He can do again. • Anything Jesus is doing anywhere in the world, He can do it here. • Anything He is doing for anyone • else, He can do for me (because He is no • respector of persons) (Acts 10:43) Global Center for Christian Development

  5. Lesson 3- A Job Worth Starting is Worth Finishing Luke was written to show what Jesus did in His physical body. The Book of Acts was written to explain what Jesus was doing, from His throne in heaven through His spiritual body (which is the Church). Global Center for Christian Development

  6. Lesson 3- A Job Worth Starting is Worth Finishing Jesus closing the Book in Luke 4:20 is symbolic of the completion of His earthly ministry and giving us the responsibility to carry on what He began. Global Center for Christian Development

  15. What is the difference between what Jesus did in the Book of acts and the Gospel of Luke? Luke wrote the Gospel of Luke he wrote about what Jesus did in His physical body. The Book of Acts was written to explain what Jesus was doing through His spiritual body.
