  3. What is a word processor? A computer application used to create, modify, print and E-mail documents

  4. What is block style? A letter style where all lines begin at the left margin

  5. Row 1, Col 1 What is the Backspace key? A character can be erased by pressing the

  6. 1,2 What is the home tab? Tab that contains clipboard, font, Paragraph styles and editing groups

  7. 1,3 What is multitasking? An operating system feature that allows more than one application to run at a time

  8. 1,4 What is a spelling or grammar error? A red or green wavy line below a word indicates this

  9. 2,1 What is the maximize button? This is clicked to expand the window to fill the screen

  24. What is paragraph alignment? Center, right, left, and justified

  25. What is find and/or replace ? When you can search for a word and replace it with another word

  26. What is the cut command? Cuts the selected text and pastes it into another place in the document

  27. What is superscript? reduces size of text and raises it to the bottom of the current line
