Dynamic Stretch – Calf. Start in a raised push-up position with your core tight, and one foot on top of your opposite heel Straighten the knee of your planted foot, pull your toes toward your knee, and push your heel to the ground Hold for a 2-3 count, and then return to your starting position

Dynamic Stretch – Calf • Start in a raised push-up position with your core tight, and one foot on top of your opposite heel • Straighten the knee of your planted foot, pull your toes toward your knee, and push your heel to the ground • Hold for a 2-3 count, and then return to your starting position • This movement will stretch your calf and ankle, and strengthen your shoulders
