Ask for free test access. • Switch to inhouse will be October 2007

  3. 3 Status CZ.NIC • Stabile association with government participation • MoU with government • Member of CENTR, ICANN • Start ENUM now • Associate member of EURid .eu • EURid Prague office end 2006 with support Czech,Slovak,Poland,Hungary,Bulgaria, Romania

  4. 4 ADR • Czech Arbitration Court (CAC) provide ADR for .cz and .eu (EURid,Europe) • www.adr.eu • For EURid all EU languages • Starting 1.1.2007 support Romania,Bulgaria • Full On-line platform • October 2006 around 600 Complaints

  5. 5 Development on-line ADR • Master account for multiple ADR’s • Categorization of decision • Implementation e-signatures (options) • Informative e-mail notification for case development • Future challenge: UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy)?
