  4. Shower/ to put out fire on people or wash off chemicals Eye wash/ to get chemicals out of your eyes Acid/ corrosive Can burn or eat away things

  5. Fume Hood/ special machine in the class to place chemicals that give off strong or dangerous vapors Chemical vapors/ the smell or invisible gas that comes from a chemical…can be harmful Tongs/ used to move hot beakers or test tubes …prevents you from burning yourself

  6. Broken Glass Electric Shock/ be careful with electricity especially around water Special Disposal/ broken glass must go into a separate can

  7. Flammable/ can cause fire Radiation symbol/ can be radioactive and dangerous Poison/ dangerous substance
