  1. PROPAGANDA Communication that aims to influence opinions or beliefs. The government needs to convince people that Germans are evil and that sacrifices must be made to stop them!

  11. Propaganda to Engage Citizens • Propaganda often makes use of emotions such as guilt, pride or shame to coerce citizens to think or behave in a certain way. • Propaganda is aimed at all Americans in a variety of way.
