  29. 7 Habits of Ineffective Board Members • They use the Board meetings to air their pet peeves. • During the meeting, they are silent. After the meeting, they tell the world what should have happened.

  30. 7 Habits of Ineffective Board Members • They don’t try to work as a Board to define the results the organization is to achieve. • They don’t monitor results – or even pay attention to the data used to monitor results.
