2. Building Integrity: The Aim • Part of NATO’s effort to build capacity of institutions and individuals • Aimed at creating practical tools to strengthen transparency, accountability and integrity and to reduce the risk of corruption in the defence and security sector

How Can NATO HQ Support JFC Naples • Exchange of information – BI web site launch Mar. 2014 • Participation in NATO HQ Task Force – VTC on monthly basis • BI education and training for BI Task Force members – pilot proposed for spring 2014 • Development of NATO Political Guidance for BI (to support military doctrine) • Establish annual cycle to review/validate requirements for education and training and agree priorities • Develop good practice on contracting and asset disposal in context of operations

10. How can JFC Naples Support BI ? • Develop expertise to assess impact of corruption in your AOR and contribute to BI efforts in SEE – SEEBRIG, PSOTC • Establish BI cross cutting team • Collect and apply lessons learned – to improve planning and conduct of operations
