    5. GLLaB: GLLaB is part of Greenwich Council’s Directorate of Regeneration, Employment and Skills (DRES). Set up in 1996 as a local labour initiative to take advantage of the redevelopments planned in Greenwich Borough.     8. Local employment objectives are promoted to business and developers at different stages of intervention of procurement or planning process. Greenwich planning and contract managers include clauses to promote apprenticeships or local labour targets.     9. Section 106s: Since 1996, Greenwich Council have used Section 106s as a tool for negotiating local employment objectives on regeneration projects in Greenwich.
