  3. Definition of Criticality Levels • Low Criticality • No personal injury occurs. Part failures are inconvenient to user but can be replaced in the field • Acceptable Rate: 10-6 failures/million hours • Medium Criticality • No personal injury occurs. Part failures could destroy the product • Acceptable Rate 10-7 failures/million hours • High Criticality • Personal injury can occur • Acceptable Rate: 10-9 failures/million hours

  4. Safety of Project • Almost entire project will be contained by game board • Moving motors may cause some safety issues • Players shouldn’t directly interact with game board • Brio Labyrinth intended for ages 6+
