Lexicon on Sustainable Development • Dictionnary on terminology for implementation of CSR and sustainable development • First in Croatia • Response to numerous misunderstanding and different interpretations • Initiate solutions to lack of compliance with legislation and norms • Business community, experts, media, civil society, students • 373 pages, 414 terms, 368 sources • 4 languages (English, German, French and Italian)

Impact • Significant outreach and impact to companies • National organisation capacity building on CSR support • Partners’ management capacities • CSR Coordination – CSR think thank platform • CSR Network - under the Ministry of Economy auspices • CSR Conference • Every CSR activity initiated or implemented by national partners • Despite the crisis, interest for CSR increased among the companies
