  2. What is it? • Electronic Reader from Amazon • Allow you to store and download books you’ve purchased in kindle format that runs on Sprint’s wireless network • Keep thousands of books in memory • It works with Doc. Pdf mp3 and html and many more

  3. How does it work? • It uses system called whispernetlinked with Sprint’s 3G network to download content. (wireless) • Its different than WiFi- no need for hotspots • It has a high resolution display that resembles the appearance of paper. • Screen works like ink- Very clear • No backlighting- no glare

Pros/Cons Pros: -Free wireless connectivity -Iphone compatibility -Listen to music while you read -Less waiting for publication -Environmentally friendly -Save money, cheaper than paperback Cons: -E-books have to be in kindle format -Costly -Book listing is still somewhat limited -Awkward to hold, sometime hit buttons -Battery problems -Screen freezing at times
