  2. North Atlantic Oscillation • Positive and negative NAO trend • External, local and remote forcings • MPI-OM (no flux adjustment) • KCM (no flux adjustment) • detrend : 利用統計回歸方法，減去整個的趨勢得到原始的damping pattern • 網格還不夠細，但是能夠看出NAO indices 在數十年及數百年尺度都有significant change

  3. Tropical Pacific Climate • 8個給定不同起始條件的實驗 • 海氣間交互作用對於ENSO及聖嬰現象的影響在KCM的模擬結果 • KCM的平均狀態和模擬出的年際循環 ，並與實際的觀測資料比對 • KCM結果在某些區域偏高而某些區域偏弱，但整體而言的模擬算相當合理 • ENSO增大的變化性同時來自增強的thermocline feedback與atmospheric sensitivity.
