  3. Where did we look? • Facilities – Avanzar & Toyotetsu • Advics – Brake Caliper Grinding, Plating, & Assembly • GECOM – Door latches, Sliding door components, Door & compartment locks

  4. Top 3 What did we find? • Setback spot coolers during weekends • Completely power down idling process lines • Turn off process cooling fans when machines turn off • Energy Savings ~ 1 Million KWh/yr • Cost Savings ~ $69,000/Yr ($48k with ZERO implementation cost

  5. What did we find? Top 3 • Lighting Replace HID with HIF (plant) • Setback HVACs between shift & non production • Turn off chiller, cooling towers, and related pumps (when possible) during weekends • Energy Savings ~ 1.9 Million KWh/yr • Cost Savings ~ $118,000/Yr ($55k savings with ZERO investment)
