3. Click My Forms
4. From My Forms portal, select the form you need
5. When you click the Search button a separate window will open with your search results
6. Once you click on the form Pure Edge will open. You must completely fill in the form before you insert your digital signature.
7. After clicking the signature box you will get a notice letting you know that this is as binding as an original signature.
8. You will then get a box where the digital signatures are stored
9. On the next screen click on the box “Sign using… Then select Certificate/Smart Card
10. Next you will select your Certificate. If you have two, it does not matter which you pick. Then click OK.
11. The next screen verifies your identity.
12. Next screen Validates Signature.
13. Signature complete. You may now email to the next approval authority.
