  2. Hospitality IntroductionWelcome to Old Road Campus, where we are committed to consistently delivering the highest standard of Hospitality catering. Our food offer is intrinsically linked to the service standards which we set, and we will deliver a prompt and discreet service to you.We are pleased to present our Hospitality Guide which gives an indication of the services available. Our menus change regularly and are influenced by the seasonality of ingredients to ensure best quality and value.We would be pleased to discuss any aspect of your catering requirements with you, and if you have any special requests, we will do our utmost to ensure that these are accommodated. In support of this we are always happy to tailor or create a menu to suit your budget or special occasion. Booking ProcedureWe would ask that you confirm your booking 48 hours before your event so as to ensure that we can fulfil your requirements to the service standards set. Please complete the on-line booking form which can be found at http://oldroadcampus.baxterstorey.com/extranet/ho/me/vc. Should you wish to speak to our Catering Manager for clarification, or to advise of any special requirements, then we are contactable by dialling extension 89444 or (01865 289444) or via email on Orc-catering@medsci.ox.ac.uk Our normal service times are between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm but extended hours can be accommodated for but will incur the additional labour cost. Tariff All prices quoted are per person unless otherwise stated Equipment Hire Equipment hire will be charged as required. Labour Large events and those outside of normal working hours will incur an additional labour charge. These will be calculated prior to your event. Valid from February 2013

Working Lunches Basic Sandwich Lunch - £4.95 per person A selection of freshly made sandwiches on traditional baked sliced breads (1 round per person) Seasoned potato crisps One piece of fresh fruit Deli Sandwich Lunch - £6.00 per person A selection of deli style sandwiches made on traditional artisan baked bread to include classic Italian Focaccia, Ciabatta and wraps (1 of each per person) Premium baked crisps Fresh fruit platter Add a little extra – £1.50 per choice, per person You can add finger food items to your sandwich lunch by choosing items from our pick ‘n’ mix list of finger food list. Please note items must be booked on a pro rata basis for example: Buffet for 6 will receive 6 of each item chosen
