Operation Staff 養成計劃. 計劃目標：針對 IE 人才 ，有 系統的 建立集團初 / 中階主管核心 骨幹. 計劃對象： 工業 工程或工業管理 科系 應屆 畢業生或 2 年以下工作 經驗 具 國際觀，勇於至中國大陸發展者. 計劃內容： 1 . 選擇有 意願於大陸發展的 台籍年輕幹部 2. 專人 專責，建立訓練 機制 - 透過 實作式 的 培訓與發展，內化工廠的 實務 - 建立生產 、 產銷、品質、 IE 人才 庫. 50.

  2. Operation Staff 養成計劃-薪資/福利說明 • 大學畢業起薪:31,000~34,000 • 研究所畢業起薪36,000~43,000 • 具工作經驗者再加給經驗薪 • 派駐海外期間提供駐外津貼 薪資 • 嚴謹的職涯規劃暨專業訓練 • 享公司保險(勞/健/團保)及勞退金提撥 • 提供返台休假與每年8趟(單身)來回廠區機票 • 派外期間提供宿舍或住房津貼/子女教育補助等福利 福利 2
