How well does your District YE Committee function? • Works very well, all mostly work for good of organization • Problems come up, but we usually get beyond them • About half – We sometimes get bogged down • Our progress is often impeded. We get side tracked • We need some work. People don’t want to meet. Little gets resolved. A few people end up doing all of the work.

  12. I would like to see my committee.. • Be more efficient • Reduce/eliminate personal conflict • Use time more efficiently • Make it easier to come to decisions • Put more focus on program and kids
