  2. “The academic adaptation of students who physically move across borders as international students is researched thoroughly, resulting in induction and support systems for students and support for the professional development of staff working with them, however, the matching needs of students and staff on TNE programmes have received less attention” (HEA Burn 2011) • Briefly review my first year in a role working with staff in 2 institutions offering English language teacher education courses. • Share experiences of working with international colleagues • Explore opportunities for collaborative professional learning & development within and across institutions.   3. Some Background Course Professional development Masters for practising English language teachers (MA TESOL). Model 90 credits taught & assessed by Thai university + 90 credits taught/e-supervised/assessed by Sheffield Hallam. Students Thai teachers working in 3 bilingual schools near Bangkok.
