  2. Formulate Advisory Committee The key stakeholders: • Palestinian Water Authority. • Ministry of Agriculture. • Environment Quality Authority. • Ministry of Local Governorate. • In addition to the Palestinian Hydrology Group.

  3. Two meetings of the Advisory Committee were conducted since the beginning of the project

  4. Advisory Committee Discussions • Project objectives. • Work plan. • Expected results. • Develop criteria for the selection of the related projects. • The roles of each institution to support project team in the implementation and sustainability of the project

  5. The sectors of the stakeholders • Users of Knowledge Management systems (& Information/Data) • Policy& Decision Makers • National, Regional & International Development Agencies • Research & Academia (Institutions and individuals) • Media

  6. Other Stakeholders • Municipalities • Water services Councils • Women committees • Water users societies • Related NGOs( PHG, Maan, LRC,UWAC,PARC, Arij) • Donors( Uniceif, UN, Islamic relief- France). • Ministry of Education. • Ministry of Health

  8. Develop criteria for selection of projects • Ecosystems rehabilitation (wetlands, rivers, services, etc.) • Gender mainstreaming • Capacity development • Trans-boundary issues • Water security • Adoption of Participatory approaches.

  9. Projects Information Sheet A summary sheet of each project was prepared, while these projects are classified according to the thematic Areas.

  10. Assessing the needs of local authorities for Systemic Approach network services • Analyses of stakeholder. • Data collection. • Problem analyses. • Visioning and strategizing. • Scenario building.
