  3. 成就 • 畜禽屠宰衛生檢查執行十多年有成。 1.作業環境改善。 2.屠檢數量提升。 3.屠檢軟硬體強化。

  4. 重拾或維持對屠宰衛生檢查的熱情 改變= 提升

  5. 屠檢制度的提升 • 落實現有屠檢制度。 • 調整現有屠檢制度並落實。 作法: 1.強化或改變觀念與想法。 2.凝聚共識。 3.積極推動。

  6. 落實現有屠檢制度(1) • 屠宰場之軟體與硬體: 1.軟體:屠宰場人員(觀念的改變) 。 人道屠宰、人員服裝儀容、勞工 安全、屠宰作業與衛生檢查相關 規定~~~~ 2.硬體:設施設備變更、清潔與維護。

  7. 落實現有屠檢制度(2) • 屠檢人員: 1.執行公務(角色) 。 2.與場方良好互動及彼此尊重。 3.屠檢相關規定熟悉與落實。

  8. 落實現有屠檢制度(3) • 作法: 1.平時逐漸導正場方觀念與缺失。 2.加強對場方的要求。 3.落實屠檢人員自身之管理與要求。 4.重新找回現有屠檢制度當時的初衷與 失落的片段 。

  9. 調整現有屠檢制度並落實 • 變革(現有的強化) 。 • 改革(現有改成新的) 。

  10. 近期要求辦理事項 目前 • 即時通報。 • 屠宰衛生檢查品質(廢棄率) 。 • 屠宰場設施設備。 未來 • 病理病材後送。 • 屠宰衛生檢查收費。
