kofax value
Kofax Value
  • Kofax Front Office Server extends existing business processes to customer-facing employees. By simply dropping documents into an MFP feeder, they can initiate transactions, workflows and capture processes at the earliest point of contact.
  • Kofax Mobile Capture turns a smart phone or tablet into a sophisticated scanning device which not only captures a document, but also cleans it. With this, field representatives or customers themselves can capture documents, photos and data to initiate critical business processes at the earliest point in the process.

Note

The case type with the correct fields must exist on the device to launch with a URL. So, the user must have logged in to KFS and that user must have access to the case type.

auto launch with custom url examples
Auto Launch with Custom URL Examples
  • kmc://?case_name=Insurance%20Claim

  • kmc://?do_capture_and_process_images=false&case_name=Insurance%20Claim&case_field=PolicyNum|12345&case_field=Insuree|John%20Smith
