  3. STAT!Ref 검색은 구독하는 title과 기타 resource 내에서 검색하여 검색 결과 보여줌

  8. 환자 관련 정보(자료)들을 이용하려면 Patient Information 클릭

  9. Clinical Information과 관련된 title에 대한 검색 결과를 보여줌

  10. Title By Discipline는 Primary Discipline으로 title을 그룹화한 sub-filters를 제공. 각 Discipline마다 몇 건의 검색 결과가 있는 지 보여줌

  11. STAT!Ref의 e-Book title 이외 기타 resources 제공 · MedCal3000 · National Guideline Clearinghouse · Pubmed * 검색 결과의 관련성에 의해 3가지 resource가 보이기도 하고 안보이기도 함

  12. 검색어와 관련된 & 유사한 개념의 검색어를 제시. 각 concepts를 클릭하면 그 단어로 검색한 검색결과를 보여줌

  13. * Stedman’s Definition: 찾고자 하는 단어를 검색하면 Stedman’s Medical Dictionary 내에서 단어를 검색하여 보여줌.

  14. · Font: Document의 글자 크기 조절 · Print: 인쇄 · Look Up Term: Stedman’s dictionary에서 검색어 검색 · Results: 검색 결과 페이지 이동 · Match: 검색어와 매치되는 단어로 이동

  16. * Precision 1. AUTO: 자동적으로 검색 어와 적합한 결과를 보여줌 2. OADJ: 입력한 검색어 순으로 검색 3. ADJ: 검색하려는 단어들이 바로 근접하여 위치한 경우의 결과만 보여줌 4. NEAR/X: 찾으려는 단어들이 근접해 있어야 하며 그 사이에 포함될 수 있는 단어의 개수 지정이 가능 5. AND: 검색하려는 모든 단어가 포함되어 있는 결과만 보여줌 6. OR: 검색하려는 단어 중 최소 한 단어만 포함되어도 결과로 보여줌

  17. *Include Related Concepts: 검색하려는 단어와 유사한 개념의 단어까지 포함하여 검색결과로 보여줌. 이를 위해 Metathesaurus가 작동하여 검색결과를 보여 주는데, Metathesaurus는 National Library of Medicine's (NLM's) Unified Medical Language System (UMLS)의 일부임. *Include Suffixes: 검색하려는 단어의 여러 가지 유사한 접미사가 포함된 단어까지 검색됨

  22. STAT!Ref의 외관을 이용자가 원하는 형태로 변경 가능 • 왼쪽 편의 TOC(목차정보)를 항상 보이게 할지… • TOC 보이는 프레임의 너비 조절 •로그오프 시 보여진 화면(URL) 선택 가능 - Default URL: STAT!Ref의 기본 URL - Close Window: 로그오프 시 윈도우가 닫힘 - User Specified URL: 특정 URL로 이동

  23. Search Sets: 개인 Search Sets생성이 가능. Add 클릭!!

  24. 해당 Search Sets에 포함할 title을 이용 가능한 title 내에서 선택할 수 있다!!
