  3. Selection • Pupils eligible to leave school in December 2010 • Pupils who were showing signs of disengagement • Resilience matrix • Pastoral Staff • Pupil interview

  4. Programme • 3 days in school – focus employability skills • 2 days out of school – College and Positive Qualities • Supported Outward Bound Scotland • Pupils supported by Activate

  5. Timetable

  6. Forth Valley College Bespoke programme designed Adventure Day, Health and Wellbeing Day and Cultural visits. 1 day per week John Muir Award

  7. Positive Qualities City and Guilds in Personal Development Focus on employability 1 day per week Pupils travelled independantly

Accreditation • NPA in Enterprise and Employability Int 2 • SQA Safe Road User Award – SCQF Level 4 • REHIS Food Hygiene Cert • British Safety Council – Work Place Hazard Awareness • Positive Qualities - City Guilds, Personal Development Award • College – Outdoor Education, Leadership & Cultural Visits • John Muir Award
