Lessons Learned: • The greenest materials are those never made • Accurate take offs are a must! • Be realistic with attic stock requirements • Compact fluorescent lighting poses challenges • Disposal (mercury) • Use in ballrooms creates challenges with dimming • Guinea Pig Factor • New technology = New challenges • It’s great to be the First Mover when things work well • but when they don’t… • When the renovation is complete keep innovating! • This is an on-going process – new products are emerging daily.
