  2. 2012 Registrations 3075 submissions at 5/11/2013 – incomplete (500 missing) 53 Centres: 21 centres with complete data submission 1 centre with no registrations to date Reminders will be sent…..

  3. 2012 Transplant Activity 1st Transplants: Allograft: 1361 Autograft: 1957 2nd or subsequent transplants: Allograft: 91 Autograft: 206 (964 UD, 78UBC, >300 paediatric)

  4. Future issues Mandatory Benchmarking UK v EU Study: High grade NHL Auto >60 yrs – data collection in progress. Cohort n = 401. 50% of data returned. 2nd reminder being sent by Julia. 5th Commissioner report due August 2014: 2006-2011 outcomes inc. centre v national • Follow up lists sent Oct 2013 (>6,500) deadline 1/3/2014 2012 D100 and D365 outcomes Missing follow up lists will be sent later this month and should be submitted by 1/3/14 Missing registrations will also be requested
