  2. Lenakast 25 mg Lenakast 25 mg (lenalidomide) is a cancer medicine used in patients with blood disorders or cancer. Lenakast 25 mg is indicated especially for multiple myeloma .

  3. LenakastUses Lenakast 25 mg is given orally as a 25 mg dose for 21 days once daily for 21 days in a 28 day morning or evening dose cycle. Together with lenalidomide, 40 mg of dexamethasone is given in 1 to 4, 9 to 12 and 17 to 20 in the same 28-day dosing cycle. After ingestion, It is fully absorbed (bioavailable) within 6 hours of administration. Lenalidomide is then metabolized in the liver and distributed to the cancer area. After the effect, more than 50% of the dose is removed from the body within 3 to 5 hours, mainly in the form of urine (90%). In patients with kidney problems, about 40% of lenalidomide is removed in one dialysis session.
